Two suites are on the roadmap but are not available for purchase yet. They show up as “Coming soon” in the offer: you can see them to plan ahead, but you can't select them today.
Kennel — the breeder suite (coming soon)
Designed as a full breeding CRM: from genetics to sale, by way of litters and boarding.
What's planned
- Pedigree + COI: 5-generation tree, automatic inbreeding coefficient calculation, OCR of paper pedigrees.
- Litters: from mating to weaning, weekly milestones, photos, weight curves.
- Contracts & payments: templates, digital signature, buyer deposits.
- Client records: history, vaccines, preferences, invoices, communications.
- Dog boarding: stay calendar, daily care, photos sent to owners.
- Buyer list: matching with litters, deposits, preliminary contracts.
- Stud service: mating bookings, stud contracts, genetic tracking of partners.
Club Pro — the organizer suite (coming soon)
For clubs, federations and dog sport event organizers.
What's planned
- Race module: registrations, startlists, live timing.
- Members: dues, renewals, accounting exports, membership certificates.
- Season calendar: multi-event, cumulative standings, qualifications, heat management.
- Volunteers: teams, posts, scheduling, communications, certificates.
Important: the competition log stays free
Don't mix the two up. A dog's competition log — the list of races it has run — stays free in its profile, for every athlete, whatever the plan. It's an athlete's personal tracking. The Club Pro “race module”, on the other hand, is the organizer suite (registrations, startlists, live timing) meant for the people running the event — that's something else entirely.
Key takeaways
- Kennel and Club Pro are visible but not sellable today.
- No guaranteed launch date: the “Coming soon” label reflects the roadmap, not a commitment.
- Personal tracking (a dog's competitions) doesn't depend on these suites: it's already there, free.
If something goes wrong
- Seeing Kennel or Club Pro grayed out in the offer? That's expected: they're “Coming soon” and can't be selected.
- Trying to record your dog's races? No need to wait: it's in the Competitions tab of its profile, free.
Good to know / abbreviations
- COI (inbreeding coefficient)
- A measure (in %) of how related the two parents of a litter are: the higher it is, the more common ancestors they share. Calculated automatically from the pedigree.
- Pedigree
- A dog's family tree (ancestors over several generations). Kennel plans for 5 generations and OCR of paper pedigrees.
- Litter
- All the puppies born from the same whelping, tracked from mating to weaning (milestones, weights, photos).
- Mating
- The breeding of a male (stud) with a breeding female, the starting point for tracking a litter.
- Stud service
- Making a stud dog available for breeding: mating bookings, stud contracts, tracking of partners.
- Buyer list
- The register of people interested in a puppy, with matching to litters, deposits and preliminary contracts.
- Startlist
- The starting list for an event: the order and start times of the registered competitors.
- Timing
- Measuring race times, live in the Club Pro race module, to build the standings.
- Member
- Someone who belongs to a club: Club Pro plans for managing dues, renewals, memberships and accounting exports.
- Volunteer
- Someone helping to run an event: Club Pro plans for teams, posts, scheduling and certificates.
- Competition log
- The list of races a dog has run, in its profile — free and independent from the Club Pro organizer suite.
