What is gogeehaw?

An all-in-one platform for serious canine athletes: training logbook (Strava/Garmin sync), team composition with auto rotation, health record, AI session analysis, and personalized training plans. Built for canicross, bikejoring, skijoring, sled racing and sport breeding.

How much does gogeehaw cost?

You get a 3-day free trial (card required to start). Then two plans: Solo (CA$17.99/month) and Plus (CA$24.99/month), plus tax. See /welcome.

How do I connect Strava?

In /modules/training, click "Connect Strava". You will be redirected to Strava's authorization page. Once authorized, your activities import automatically (webhook) and you can also force a manual sync.

How do I connect Strava or my Garmin watch?

In /modules/training → Connected devices → “Strava, Garmin & Fitbit” → “Add / manage my devices”, then connect your Strava account, Garmin watch or Fitbit. Your activities then import automatically with HR, pace and GPS track.

How does gogeehaw evaluate training load?

• We look at what you (and the pack) have done over the last 7 days compared to the last 28 — "recent load" versus your "baseline".
• Balanced load: you are progressing safely, this is the sweet spot.
• High / overload: schedule easy days, otherwise injury risk climbs quickly.
• Light load: your volume is below your usual baseline — ramp-up is possible, but do not skip steps.
• The AI Coach always describes load in plain words, never as an acronym or raw number.

Why do I have an AI budget?

AI analyses and plan generation run on our private models, billed per token. To keep costs in check, each pack has a monthly + daily budget. Most users never hit it. Details in /account/ai-usage.

How many AI analyses can I run?

It depends on your pack. A session analysis costs about $0.01, a full training plan about $0.06. On the Pack tier ($5/month), you can run ~250 analyses or ~80 plans. See /account/ai-usage for your live usage.

What is the cached AI analysis?

Once we have analyzed a session, we keep the result. If you click again, you see the same analysis — no extra cost. To force a fresh analysis, click "Regenerate".

How do vaccine reminders work?

When you log a vaccine with a next-booster date, we email you 30 days before and on the day. You can disable these reminders in your preferences.

What is the AI First Aid Kit module?

You describe a symptom or upload a photo, our private AI analyses it and prepares a sheet for your vet (immediate actions, leads to explore, emergency or not). This is NOT a medical diagnosis — it is a tool to better prepare your consultation.

Is COI calculated automatically?

With the Pedigree module, yes — over 5 generations, based on the pedigrees you have entered. You can also import a paper pedigree via OCR.

How do I export my data?

Go to /account → Preferences tab → at the bottom, "Export my data". You download a complete JSON (dogs, activities, health, AI, teams). Re-importable format. GDPR-compliant.

How do I delete my account?

• Go to /account → Preferences tab → "Delete my account".
• Irreversible action: all your data (profile, dogs, activities, R2 photos, AI usage, teams) is erased immediately and permanently.
• Before deleting, run your GDPR export to keep your data locally.

How do I change packs?

On the dashboard, click the pack pill at the top right → choose the new pack. If you have a saved card, the change is immediate. Otherwise, you are redirected to Stripe to complete checkout.

I did not receive an invoice

Stripe invoices arrive by email at your account address. Check your spam. All previous invoices are also available from /billing/portal (via the link in /account → Billing).

Is there a mobile app?

The web app works great on mobile (PWA installable from Safari/Chrome). A native iOS/Android app is in progress via Capacitor. You can already add it to your home screen via your browser's "Add to Home Screen" button.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. The app shell is navigable offline, and the live recorder records the GPS trace in IndexedDB locally — you can finish an activity without a network and sync it from the Sync Center as soon as you have signal again.
