gogeehaw runs on three tiers: Promenade (free, the base), Solo and Plus. What changes from one plan to the next is the modules included — not the number of dogs: the paid plans are unlimited in dogs, the free one is capped at 2.
Promenade — the free base
Promenade is free, forever, with no card. It is the entry point: you can create your account, add your dogs (up to 2) and use the Walks module without paying anything. You keep this access even after a trial ends.
What Promenade includes
- Walks module: simple walk tracking (distance, duration, photos, notes).
- Up to 2 dogs.
- No credit card required.
Solo — launch your first season
Solo ($17.99/month) adds the core sport trio on top of Promenade, and unlocks unlimited dogs. It is the plan designed to start dog sports with serious tracking.
What Solo includes (on top of Promenade)
- Training log: Garmin & Strava sync, runs tagged per dog, disciplines, weather of the session.
- Go/no-go weather: per-dog decision based on temperature, humidity and coat profile.
- Health log: vaccines, dewormers, injury tracking (D0/D7/D14), automatic reminders.
- Unlimited dogs.
Plus — all the sport, AI on top
Plus ($24.99/month) takes everything in Solo and adds the advanced analysis modules and the AI. It is the tier that unlocks the coach, the detailed analysis of imported sessions, the radar comparison and the exports.
What Plus includes (on top of Solo)
- Veterinary first-aid AI: photo + description → guidance and prep for the vet consultation.
- Sport coaching (AI Coach): training plan, periodization, performance analysis, recommendations.
- Sports nutrition: ration calculated from the workload, supplements, weight/condition tracking per dog.
- Load & recovery: off days, readiness score, overtraining prevention, alerts.
- Rich session details, advanced comparison and PDF/GPX exports (unlocked by the Coach module).
Free trial & payment method
Choosing Solo or Plus starts a 3-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial (credit card through Stripe on the web, or an in-app subscription through the App Store / Google Play in the native app). You are only charged at the end of the trial; you can cancel before then and pay nothing.
Good to know about the trial
- With no payment method saved, the trial does not start: only Walks stay available.
- After the trial ends, if no payment goes through, there are 7 grace days (reduced mode) before the paid modules lock.
- Whatever happens, the Promenade base stays free — you never lose access to your walks.
Switching plans
On the web
- Go to Account → “Manage my plan”.
- Pick Solo or Plus; the summary lists the modules included.
- Confirm the payment method. Access to the modules opens as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- To move from one plan to the other (Solo ↔ Plus), go back to “Manage my plan” and select the other plan.
On the iOS/Android app, the subscription is managed directly by the App Store or Google Play: that is where you switch plan, update your card or cancel. For compliance reasons (Apple §3.1.1 / Google Play), the native app does not show the price list and does not offer any purchase inside it — plan management happens on the web.
Tips
- The breeding (Kennel) and club (Club Pro) modules show up as “Coming soon” in the plans: they are not for sale today.
- A blurred/locked module simply means it is not in your current plan (or that your trial has no payment method).
- A dog's competition log stays free in its profile, whatever the plan.
If something goes wrong
- Not seeing the prices in the mobile app? That is normal: the price list is hidden in the native app. Open gogeehaw on the web to compare and switch plan.
- Module still locked after payment? Access opens once the payment is confirmed; reload the page. In the native app, access follows your App Store / Google Play subscription.
- Want to cancel? On the web through “Manage my plan”; on mobile from your App Store / Google Play subscriptions.
Good to know / abbreviations
- Plan (bundle)
- A pack of modules sold at a single monthly price (Promenade, Solo, Plus). It is the offer you choose; it unlocks every module it contains at once.
- Module
- A functional building block of the app (Training log, Go/no-go weather, AI Coach…). Modules are grouped into plans.
- À la carte module
- Historically, a module you could buy on its own. Today the offer is simplified into plans (Promenade / Solo / Plus); the sport modules are no longer sold individually.
- Trial
- A free 3-day period after picking a paid plan, during which you have full access without being charged. A payment method is required to start it.
- Grace period
- 7 days in reduced mode after the trial ends if no payment goes through, before the paid modules lock. The Promenade base stays available.
- Payment method
- The credit card (through Stripe on the web) or the in-app subscription (App Store / Google Play) that proves paid access and allows billing.
- IAP (In-App Purchase)
- A purchase handled by Apple or Google. On mobile, the gogeehaw subscription goes through the store's IAP; an IAP buyer has exactly the same access as someone paying by card.
- Stripe
- The payment provider used on the web. A payment confirmed by Stripe is the source of truth for unlocking your plan.
- Free base
- The basic access (Walks module, 2 dogs max) every account keeps, even without a subscription and after the trial ends.
